Chia Pudding With Raspberries

Chia seeds have long since made the leap from the fancy superfood corner to the shelves of supermarkets and discounters and rightly so! Because the small seeds are real powerhouses and are full of healthy ingredients. With their high fiber content, they increase the feeling of satiety and promote digestion. The seeds, which have their origin in Mexico, swell in the stomach and thus keep you full for a long time. As true all-rounders, they spice up muesli and yoghurts just as well as salads or baked goods. As a delicious pudding variant that is easy to prepare, chia seeds are ideal as a breakfast or as a healthy snack in between.


  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 200 ml almond milk (alternatively other vegetable or cow milk)
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint


  • Mix the chia seeds, milk, cinnamon and honey together well. It is best to let it soak in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 3 hours.
  • Then put the raspberries on top of the pudding and garnish with mint leaves.
