Fruit Salad With Yoghurt

A fresh fruit salad is a great way to start the day, especially in the cold and wet season. The colorful breakfast is full of vitamins that strengthen the immune system and protect against colds. The bowl is perfectly rounded off with chia seeds. The fiber-rich superfood keeps you full for a long time and, thanks to its high content of omega-3 fatty acids, has a positive effect on cholesterol and blood fat levels.

Ingredients for 1 person:

  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 200 g natural yogurt 1.5%
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Preparation:

  • Put the yogurt in a bowl and mix with the cinnamon.
  • Wash the fruit and cut in half or quarter depending on the size.
  • Then drape the berries and the cut fruit on the cinnamon yogurt. Pour the chia seeds over the fruit salad as a topping.
